The 54th Assembly District includes the communities of Boyle Heights, Downtown Los Angeles (Historic Core, Arts District, South Park, Fashion District, Financial District, Industrial District), Lincoln Heights, Chinatown, East Hollywood, Koreatown, Largemont Village, West Adams/Normandie, Rampart Village, Little Tokyo, MacArthur Park, Historic Filipinotown, Pico Union, the cities of Montebello, Commerce, and Vernon.
